The Probationary Portfolio Quant Alpha’s was updated this morning. A new Add was made. All prices are as of 08/09/2023. A total of 13 stocks are in the Portfolio now.

Add – AMPH – Amphastar Pharmaceuticals

Since the last update of this Portfolio on 7/27/23, STRL has gone up dramatically. It was the stock added on 7/27/23. They announced earnings on August 7 and apparently Wall Street thought they were swell. In the Quant Alpha’s Portfolio, STRL is currently up 33%. SMCI also announced their earnings on August 8 and on the surface they look very strong. However, Wall Street decided they didn’t like something about the earnings and sent the stock plunging. But in the Quant Alphas’s Portfolio the stock is still up 143% since it’s addition on 4/14/23.
